The Parks and Parks Cyclone Dust Bagger

About Us

Brothers William and Dave Parks started Parks & Parks on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1980. Inspired by Greene & Greene, they have been making custom doors, windows, furniture and cabinets. William also draws inspiration from Charles Rennei McIntosh and Frank Lloyd Wright. His work has been greatly influenced by Danish and Chinese furniture design and Japanese architecture and interior design. The business is now expanded to include a loose affiliation of Dave Parks in Bellingham, Washington; Bo Parks in Kapaau; Ron Hester of Fine Finishing Hawaii and William Parks in Hawi.

When Willliam set up his cyclone dust collector he serendipitously developed the Dust Bagger. He literally turned a 55 gallon drum upside down and sealed the bag on the outside for the “almost magic” pre-bagging of the saw dust. He then began research and development of the polyethylene barrel used for the ultimate in dust bagging, simply removing the barrel sleeve from the dolly as the bag automatically fills with dust.
